Sagaponack is a village in Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 582 at the 2000 census.

Sagaponack is in the Town of Southampton.

The village incorporated on September 2, 2005, in the wake of the failed attempt by Dunehampton, New York to incorporate. Dunehampton's incorporation would have blocked Sagaponack from Atlantic Ocean beaches. The villages are seeking to address various beach issues including erosion arising from groynes at Georgica Pond in East Hampton (village), New York.

Sagaponack's ZIP code (11962) was listed as the most expensive ZIP code based on median house price in 2006 according to Forbes Magazine with a median house price of $2,787,500. Its Southampton cohort Watermill, New York (11976) was the only other New York state zip in the top ten at #6 at $2,150,000. One the biggest mansions in the world is the 100,000 square foot Ira Rennert home in Sagaponack.
